The red lips is a nice lip colour for coming winter. Specially with this skin colour and blue eyes. The red lips will make your eyes pup out!
With this skin type I would just put some lashes on and go for a natrule look this fall/winter. Really nice, You should just try it, believe me you will totally look bananas!
For the girls with the dark skin. Just use some colours to make your skin look more beautifull, but don't make it too much. Just some eyeshadow with the colour gold and a blush will give you that beautifull winter beauty.
